Local Authority Insolvency Support Services is a specialist initiative within Tenon Recovery which provides an online insolvency notification service to recovery officers. The service helps to maximise collections in insolvency and pre-insolvency situations.
The service applies to individuals and corporate entities in relation to outstanding debts for council tax, non domestic rates, and all sundry debt.
A primary system keeps recovery officers informed of all bankruptcy and winding up orders within an authority's geographical boundaries.
A secondary system can advise recovery officers of insolvency petitions at issue stage.
Subscription to both of these systems is free to local authorities registered with us, as where insolvency is inevitable we will seek the appropriate appointment as trustee in bankruptcy or liquidator.
