To receive this information, you will need to register with us and acknowledge the terms under which the information is supplied.
When you advise us of an outstanding debt, we will:
- >Make contact with the debtor to determine if there is a less costly alternative to court driven proceedings to produce a greater return in a shorter timescale than may be expected in the event of formal insolvency. In many instances short term cash flow problems may be addressed by refinancing or a voluntary arrangement, subject to the overall level of creditors and debtor suitability.
- >Advise accordingly if formal insolvency proceedings are inevitable and then provide the same service as outlined under e-mail notification of bankruptcy and winding up orders.
- >Advise on the completion of the relevant "notice to appear on petition" form in appropriate circumstances.
