Insolvency Management Program (IMP) for Local Authorities
IMP is a bespoke interactive web-based program designed in-house to assist recovery officers in the instigation, progression and management of the insolvency process from pre-action letter to bankruptcy or winding up order.
The program was written following consultation with some of the major recovery teams in the UK and users of the interactive insolvency notification system.
Key features
- > IMP enables a council to instigate its own insolvency proceedings or choose to utilise the services of external solicitors prepared to work under collective conditional fee agreements. This limits budgetary requirements to disbursements only, and then only in non paying cases.
- > IMP will manage and progress all cases entered on to the system, all forms may be created, completed, and printed online.
- > IMP will deliver comprehensive case progression reports at the touch of a button using a variety of search options.
- > IMP can be updated on a council's behalf by instructed solicitors or by a council's own recovery team.
- > IMP is a secure online system.
