After logging in to our site, you can view the latest bankruptcy notices applicable to your area and advise us if you have a debt with a simple click of the mouse.
The LA-ISS team will make enquiries of the relevant Official Receiver and advise of the likelihood of any dividend.
When the Official Receiver advises us that there are assets to realise, we will endeavour to secure the appointment as trustee in bankruptcy or liquidator of one of our licensed insolvency practitioners.
When appointed, we will keep you apprised of case progression and dividend prospects.
